Hi, my name is Doreen, and I am an experienced professional with over 15 years of experience in the care sector. Competent Care Service was founded to enable elderly people to live independently at home and enjoy life to the fullest.
I am committed to building a home care business that makes a meaningful and distinctive difference to clients’ well-being and the quality of their lives.
My experience includes managing the delivery of complex services to vulnerable citizens, including the elderly. I understand the challenges of maintaining a good quality of life as well as the importance of a dignified death.
I am responsible for leading and supporting our team to deliver outstanding care to our clients every day. I have spent my entire career in care and hold an NVQ Level 5 in health and social care. I am passionate about ensuring that the care each client receives is tailored to their individual needs.
